When I was younger, I thought 50 years old was so old! I could not even imagine how I would look or how I would feel when I turned 50.

I’m going to be 50 this October, and I have to say that it’s not bad at all!

I understand things about life more than ever and I understand myself more than ever.

I am enjoying things more than when I was younger because I know that time is not forever.

I appreciate the small things more.

So when I hear young people let’s say in their 20’s, “Oh, I’m old.”
I say, “You’re not old. Enjoy the moment!”

Really, it is all relative.

A number is just number.
Age is just a number.

Listen to your body and if you feel young, you’re still young.
If you feel old, DO SOMETHING THAT MAKES YOU FEEL YOUNG!

Life is so much more fun and better when we focus on the good part of it.

So I stopped saying, “I’m too old,” because when I say “too old”, I feel the negative energy. I feel that I’m telling myself, “I’m old. I’m old.” The more I say it, the more my body feels it.

I truly think everybody should appreciate their age, whatever it is because age is just a number.

I want people to start shifting their focus away from the number of candles on their cake, and instead realize that LIVING is most important. Having EXPERIENCES is most important.

Treat life like a cake, your cherished memories and experiences are your candles. I want you to have so many candles you light up like a star!
