Love nuts? Then you’ll love this sweet crunchy nuts recipe. It’s a simple way to “dress up” plain nuts and turn them into a sweet snack that you can set out for company or just enjoy yourself. We even use a surprise ingredient to help make these “anti-aging” nuts!:
If you’ve been wondering how to make roasted sweet mixed nuts… wonder no more. Just watch and learn how easy this nut mix recipe is to make at home. In just a few minutes you can whip up a crunchy delicious mixed nut recipe. The only downside? They likely won’t last long and you’ll need to make more!
While there are lots of choices when it comes to homemade nut mix recipes, this one has some twists that make it unique. First off, we use Lakanto, which is a low-carb monk fruit sweetener instead of sugar. This makes this recipe an option for people following a keto or low-carb eating plan as all of the other ingredients are (relatively) low in carbohydrates.
A note, too, that while the video demonstrates the recipe with walnuts, almonds, and cashews, you can use all the remaining ingredients and make a sweet and crunchy peanut recipe instead. Same process – just substitute peanuts (or other nuts of your choice).
