It’s Day 2 and it’s time for another At Home Resistance Bands Biceps Workout Blast. Wait, did I say “At Home” No way! This workout uses Resistance Bands, so you can do it anywhere!
Day 2 – Todays Biceps Explosion focuses on Tabata Interval HIIT Training. During the 6 minutes you will do 20 seconds of repetitions followed by 10 seconds of rest. We will alternate each interval with two exercises: Standing Hammer Curl and Anchor Arms Up Biceps Curls.
For the first segment you will do 1/1 count reps. For the second Segment you will perform 3/1 Positive reps. So, you will take 3 seconds for the contraction.
Once again you will be amazed at the Pump in your Biceps Muscles.
You can use any Resistance Bands, however for every one of these workouts we will be using Bodylastics (that’s my company) Bands. If you have a set you will know why they are Top rated.
