My experience with injectable Hyaluronic Acid, Profhilo

Something a little different this week…..I’m taking you with me to see Dr Sarah Tonks, a leading Cosmetic Physician at her Knightsbridge Clinic, The Lovely Clinic. I was invited to experience “The injectable Glow” treatment, which is a speedy injectable Hyaluronic Acid treatment (also known as Profhilo) it’s used to provide instant radiance to the skin and is meant to produce excellent natural looking results, which was key for me. I will be filming, post treatment to update you on my thoughts in a few weeks time, so look out for that film. New films are released every Saturday morning at 9am. Please subscribe to Speed Beauty and click the notification bell, so you don’t miss out.

Below is some info on the treatment Dr Sarah performed on me and a link to her YouTube Channel and to the clinic.

The Injectable Glow by Dr Sarah Tonks at The Lovely Clinic

Over time, skin becomes more dull and dehydrated. Fine lines and wrinkles start to show and skin feels less hydrated from within, which results in a loss of luminosity – that elusive internal ‘glow’ that topical moisturisers just can’t replace. Dr Sarah Tonks, leading Cosmetic Physician and founder of The Lovely Clinic (TLC) has come up with a solution. She offers her clients three variations of Injectable Moisturisers including Profhilo®, the star injectable that provides instant radiance and can be used as an add on to most rejuvenating treatments. If you’re wondering how it works…The injections change the light refractive properties of the skin to give a more even complexion. So if you have fine lines and wrinkles these are diminished giving an airbrushed appearance, if your skin is dehydrated, then the hyaluronic acid will help to hold the water in the skin and make it dewier giving a long lasting serum effect without the serum.

Profhilo® won the most innovative new treatment at the Aesthetic Awards 2016

Disclaimer:

The aim of Speed Beauty is to introduce you to and provide you with techniques for make up, skin & hair care products. I only show you products that I love and really believe in. Each product I use is heavily researched before deciding to make a film and I try and provide you with as much accurate information as possible. The views on this YouTube Channel are my own and are based on having personally tried the products myself.

The products I use in these films are either bought by myself, are part of my professional kit or they’ve been sent to me by PR companies for review. I am not currently paid for producing the films you watch. Some of the films contain affiliate links in the description, but not all. If you are happy to click on these links to continue support this channel that would be very lovely, thank you.

You should always research whether the products I recommend are suited to you. Everyones skin is different and I offer no warranties and don’t claim to be a dermatologist. Some products are really expensive and an investment purchase so it’s always wise to test product on your skin to check for allergies or adverse reactions before you buy. Some make up & skin care brands offer you samples to take away & try. This is always a good idea before deciding on an expensive purchase.
